I’d decided that I was going to try my hand at a bit of this PPI reclaiming lark, and to start this task, I thought I’d try and reclaim some money for a credit card I had with Nationwide. There were some challenges I had to overcome.

I’m going to say something controversial now. I think its okay to get some things on credit. I don’t necessarily mean credit cards, or applying for loans with upsetting rates of interest. I just mean I am comfortable with having the item now, and paying for it a bit later.

So I had a decision to make. The packs had arrived in the post, and I had my first sign of what information was wanted from me. I was surprised to see that it was a little more work than I expected, and this involved me tracking down and finding agreement numbers.
